I agree I more ways than 1
when you simply have user agreements now that tell of 'what they are going to do. Being part of their programs,and spysearch software doesn't have any right to do what they do ,. Nor have we any kind of right to say that it IS monitoring software.

The viscous circle that is being done here,is to tiptoe like a balerina in an elephant run. There is no two ways about it.'Monitoring software should be illegal.

Telling me within a user agreement that 'I know'',.What does that do ?

Thus indemnifying some proprietor doing information liberation from a person with their own liberty to not barter it at all. That is bartering privacy for software instalation when it is not part of the working program should be outlawed.

Its a tower of babel.You get to the top and it all spells jack.
