SCO embraces more open-source software

Or just interestingly conflicted...

The lawyers for Autozone, Novell and IBM are currently making great sport of using SCO's public statements and their declarations in their legal filings to show how they speak from both sides of their mouth as the spirit moves them. IBM's legal team and the court clerks are known to read Groklaw where OSS community members post the results of their research and a great flood of commentary on these cases. An interesting alliance of big business and independent developers and consumers fighting against a two-faced zombie that won't quite wake up to it's own recent demise as a functioning business and re-incarnation as a consumer of it's own customers.
