Confict of interest?
Does this not produce a conflict of interest for SCO in their legal arguments? I thought they stated that there the GPL is invalid due to unconstitutionality. Could the developers not sue SCO for use of their code citing that SCO themselves have argued the GPL is non-binding?

Maybe as a whole the Open Source community can crush SCO with SCO?s own arguments and we would finally be rid of this company and its trash.
