Why stop there
Why stop at GPLed code (gnu compiler collection, Samba,
Squid, etc)

What about source under an Apache-style licence free
license (Apache, OpenSSL, etc). or an BSD license (OpenSSH,
socket api, much over the core distribution, etc), or the
Mozilla Public License (Mozilla).

SCO are parasites, knocking free license whilst benefiting
from projects using these very same licenses.

SCO show us the code, show us you have copyrights on the
code, then explain why we can't use it after you released it
in a GPLed Linux distribution. Otherwise simply die quietly.
