I have nothing against buying music

In fact I find you get guaranteed quality that way with no legal risks.

I do have problem with these copy protected CDs though. Bought one last summer and I have 1 device I can play it on out of the 5 I have. That really sucks as the device listen to all my music on, the PC, is not the device that works.

Personally I think the major Labels made a big mistake with Napster and they will be paying for it till they go out of business.

The big problem is the copyright laws as they are rediculous. They can't be take seriously when copyrights have gotten out of hand. Patents are heading that same direction. When a law gets silly people disrespect that law and you get what we have today. Add to that all the stupidity going on these days like Disney and it's locking content away for 10 years. Prices that are too high. Attempts to control what people can listen to or see. These cause people to just decide to justify violating these laws. It's kind of SAD really.
