This should be integrated into the kernel.
For utility computing anyway. Did you read the prices? This is really not rocket science. I would expect the next version of the kernel after 2.6 to have this built in. That way you can just plug in a cluster of computers, and give each customer a virtual computer, isolated from all others. Of course with hardware support, you can fix it so that a kernel bug will not crash all of the other sesions. This will cause problems for Microsoft as they try to figure out to charge for Win2003 on 1000 virtual computers running on a cluster of 100. Well, this will be working on Linux a long before Microsoft figures it out.
