My Spy's have taken a siesta?

SpyWare for me for the last few month's has been a waste of money & a sick joke. At this very moment I have more than 50 threats on my system,could be more. I have "NO ADWARE" Just deleted again "SPY_BOT" tecomended by my ISP.
"I use "Norton System Works" My Pc came with a "BIG FIX" & MSN Emails are scanned by Mcaffee, oh yea Mc Afee Firewall came with the Pc also.
I purchased 10 months ago as brand new.
I had the Person who sold me the Pc helping me,
but I had to ask him to stop monitoring all of my movements He works for New Jersey FAA
He is a sick peeper, before my Pc crashed a month ago it was full of files I new nothing about,includind lots of porn. So he became angry & wiped out my C:\ Drive.
I Need Help Wtih Spyware Sinse I brought my system back up into the GHOST he had set on mt PC. But I want a clean start>
Please help me
I uses "AD-AWARE" & SPY-BOT" They take somethings out. But they come right back.
Please Someone Help me.
