Kill them all

Why is this allowed? A lot of spyware/spamware can be easily traced because they use it to obtain information or flood a user with ads. This software either tricks a user into installing it or is installed with another app the user intended to install. In most cases there isn't an easy way for the user to remove it. This should be outlawed and the violaters prosecuted. Like someone said if a telemarketer could call your phone and then have your phone either call other phones or flood you with canned ads it wouldn't be tolerated so why is this? Another example would be if a company called you and then could trace who you called, how long you talked, and what you talked about.
