---I know it's hard, but common sense is required---

Would you be willing to go to court with absolutely no evidence
to back up your point, but to tell the judge to just use his/her
common sense?

I wanna see that.

And hey, kids are using Pioneer DVD drives to burn copies of
those movies. Is Pioneer also taking the high road of "fair use"
while raking in the bucks?
