This is also why our country absolutely sucks for a judicial system. Innocent people are jailed or put to death for incompitant judges, DAs, some attornies and parts of the governemtn. Corrupt! Pure Corrupt! Just sit through a morning of simple court hearings. Oh! be prepared to be LOCKED in while procedings continue. If you pay attention, you'll see how corrupt this whole system has been.
We are normal law abiding citizens.. UNTIL your name is part of THEIR system. They will go for the throat and commit evil things to see you fry or jailed (which will turn you into what they accused).
This judge needs oversite and reprimanded or relieved from his duties for such an absolutely inappropriate decision!
You watch the FTC just stagger away from this one, cause they are part of the corruption!
Sorry US judicial system... we have LOST so many rights... and we are losing more and more as each day allows this corruption to exist!
