Unenforceable?
So the judge dismissed the case because the plaintiffs didn't "claim to have read it"?

Does this no set a precedent that EULA's and every other form of legal fine print or contract is unenforceable unless people can "claim to have read it"?

It appears we the people don't stand a chance.
