I fired them

We brought in a Indian consultanting company for a project a year ago. I was surprised that they had an American fronting for them. They beat out offers from local competition hands down. A few months later the problems started appearing. The systems never worked right and odd ball errors kept creeping in. Eventually some of our quality data was corrupted. I ended up having to bring in a local contractor to fix these issues and fired all those sorry sons of a bi#$@#$. In the end we spent double for going with outsourcing. Please inform this "Boston Consultanting Company" where they can stick it.
