I've experienced the same problem. I also live in Florida, and have come across the same sort of problems in my job search. The majority of positions offered seem to require a great deal of prior experience on the job, but unless you find a position in the field you can't get that job experience. I myself would gladly take an entry level position for $9 dollars an hour if only to get that experience I need to be eligible for a higher paying job further down the line.

If companies opt to send those jobs overseas what happens to the thousands of graduates here who are more then qualified for those positions, are unable to get a foot in the door because companies won't hire them for upper level positions unless they have that experience?
