In any case, the law needs to settle this and not
just in favor of companies who have the money to lobby loudly, but in balance of both consumer needs and corporate needs. For those who mistake one side stronger than the other, you're wrong. Those game makers and publishers aren't going to get paid if they alienate and hurt their paying consumers and the game players aren't going to have games if the makers see no "true" profit and feel outpaced by the blackmarket. No balance in rights, you get wild legislations and great losses, and that's hard to argue down.

As for 321, they may be best at getting the law to notice, since if they aren't doing the suing, they are being sued, but it is reaching the eyes and ears of a tech savvy public that all sides are being Big Brothered.
