This reminds me my old C-64 days
Back then the thought was, 'you may be able to back it up, but we're not going to make it easy for you'. Of course, that was before these silly laws that say backup software that circumvents protection is illegal. Then again, some of those disk errors were bad enough to knock your disk drive out of alignment (which they did). They had parameters for individual titles that 'circumvented' the protection. Ah, the days of The Clone Machine and Di-Sector. And Compute Gazette. happy
