Backups?
Movie, game, and music companies need to develop a reasonable method for consumers to exchange defective discs (due to scratches, etc.. not just right out of the box), in order to legitimately have a case against 321 Studios.

As it is now, I have the right to make a backup copy, and I will damn well exercise that right.
