This sort of behavior is the new growth industry.
Start off small suing smaller operations that can't afford to defend themselves or challenge the patent.
It's pretty scary.
There are claims to all electronic commerce, tabs (SBC) and the famous BT claim on the URL itself.

Where's the government when you need them...oh yeah I forgot, Iraq.
