Darl McBride coulda been a hero
Looks like he is about to become the goat. Ok "MAYBE" there was merit in trying to collect fees. "MAYBE" there was merit in suing. But why go for the brass ring in one giant lawsuit against your BIG customers? Dumb Darl real dumb. Take on a small guy first and see if the court agrees with you. At least the one egg on your face would not be as bad as the whole dozen.

Besides hubris being the fatal flaw here, the variations on lawsuits made the point convoluted and confused. Ever being the optimist that I am Darl has shown me that lawsuits are not a very good way to grow my business or very good business plan.
