This is just a failing company reading a chapter from SCO's "How to Run Your Company Into The Ground -- For Dummies" book.

This specific chapter deals with claiming patents and copyrights over works that you don't own in an attempt to extort as much cash as you can before the courts stop you.

If MS wants to win more support from me, seeing them take on this company and thrash them for trying to extort MS would help.
