like this...I don't think so

we all make mistakes...it is the seller's responsibility to return the payment, then...you receive the exact amount you have paid. I have 2 PayPal accounts and some people don't get it, even using bold and different colors...receiving a PayPal payment in my personal account, I have to decline it/I am the seller...never any problems, the amount is always correct, which got returned. Even a seller makes a refund and using the payment site, PayPal asked if this is a partial refund and calculate the fees for the partial amount, they have charged me and refunds me the fees.
