Business is business
Most of the current generation of leaders weren't in the OS/2 push, which was a vehicle for PS/2 and microchannel. They lost out to ISA/EISA more than a decade ago. Doubtful the company recalls the "taste of crow," but we can guess it was unpalatable at the time. Well, they've gone on the remain the largest IT company on the face of the earth, so I guess crow is merely upsetting, not fatal.
