Bitty goes from twisting stories to lying
----I was surprised a bit that the judge didn't allow Novell to go to a different court or trial---

Got it kanda backwards there bitty. newSCO is the one that does not want to have to prove copyright ownership. In a year and a half newSCO has failed to make a single actionable claim concerning copyrights. Lots of hot air but nothing that they can take to court. Novell wants it to stay in fed court. That is the correct forum for copyright disputes. newSCO wants to skip the part where they actually prove they own any copyrights.

----I was also a bit suprised the judge pushed the trial back even further based upon claims IBM added to the case---

Gee, bitty, does chairman billy lie to his own shills? IBM filed counterclaims, Normal in most tort or contract cases. newSCO moved to bifurcate the counterclaims. The motion to bifurcate was the biggest factor in the delay.

In the three years I've been heckling MS shills here I have yet to see you get one thing correct. Do you think you will be able to do that before MS follows newSCO in sinking into a cesspool of their own making?
