One sided? How?
He gave a pretty decent analysis. One that's is echoed on the internet in various news sites by various experts. It's not a good sign if a judge expresses doubt about the main argument of your case. It almost always sends a signall that the plaintiff better come up with some pretty good arguments because the judge is allready moving in the opposite direction. Unless SCO can magically produce a contract that specifically says that the seller conveyed copyrights, and follows that up with a list of the specific copyrights, nothing was transfered and SCO therefore does not have the copyrights. I think we can fairly assume there is no such contract. SCO would have shown it by now and Novell wouldn't have made bold statements about it still being the owner of said copyrights.

How this can be a onesided view escapes me.
