"Key Plank" has a big 'NOT' hole
RE:A key plank in its argument is that open-source software isn't cheaper in the long run because companies need to spend more on retraining IT staff who may be experienced in Windows software but not in the open-source arena.

This is a very weak argument when you take into account the cost of Microsoft retraining every time they come out with a new version. This is purely resting on their laurels attitude. Prove the product is better, not just that they've been around longer.
