The part not based on sound statistics is the jobs moved offshore, because the *US* Labor Department doesn't have those numbers. So that number is pulled from the air, or perhaps they simply asked the companies themselves, in which case it would be totally ficticious.

The number of jobs lost is also not a measure of the number of *IT* jobs lost because it doesn't count IT workers who end up cleaning toilets.
Those don't count as job loses at all.

So this is just BS, just look at Wipro's growth and you can see that either the IT industry is in massive boom (it isn't) or its in massive offshore shift.
