SPEWS
Looks like SPEWS did the trick again. For all of the flack that SPEWS (http://www.spews.org) gets, it has a better record of getting ISPs' attention than anything else on the Net.

I just got the word from an associate that I'm bouncing his mail now -- the error message says that his Comcast address is getting boinged thanks to being in SPEWS. Then this comes along. Amazing timing, that.
