I have a 3 CD set of Caldera Open Linux 2.3 around here somewhere. LOL

SCO claims they weren't aware that their own IP was in the Linux kernel and they only discovered this last year after selling their Linux offerings for years. So they supposedly quit distributing their Linux offerings at that time.

It seems to me that they have invalidated their own case. Any IP they claim existed (if it ever existed) in the Linux kernel was released by them under the GPL. To claim that they were not aware of what was in their own products seems pretty ridiculous. It would be nice if the judge in the case could see this obvoius foolishness.
