Lower the price!
How do you expect me - a home user - to pay $699 for Linux (or was it $799)? Much more reasonable price would be about $69. I know a whole bunch of people whow would line up to buy Linux at that price point as long as you provide inside the cardboard box readable manual, CD, and most importantly good support.
