I can see we're not likely to be exporting public relations to them any time soon.

When you're dealing with people who make three dollars a day living in cardboard ghettos and where bribes are an accepted part of culture, I'm sure trustworthy outsourcing is every bit as secure and reliable as trustworthy computing.
