- Sounds like you built a $1500 wannabe Xbox...

OK, you want to play games, right? Why the heck didn't you just go get an Xbox for $140.00? From what I understand, no PC at any price can come even close to the kind of game experience you get on any of the top-of-the-line gaming consoles from Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, et al.
If you had come to me as a client, I could have:
1. Aquired you an Xbox PLUS
2. Gotten you a new Linux box PLUS
3. Built you a new Windows box PLUS
4. Acquired you a good used, functional Mac
