Apple is learning to be competitive
Obviously the iPod has a lot to do with their success. It is by far the best portable player out there. I plan to buy one but I'm waiting for a price drop. Now what they need to do is beef up the iMacs to make them more competitive. Before I get flamed, I love OS X but I refuse to pay for inferior hardware. Specifically, in this day and age, why are they still selling Macs with a pitiful 32MB video chip? This is pathetic! No wonder macs need more games. They should all be 128MB. How much would that cost Apple? Another dollar? Last, they still need more native software. I shouldn't have to run Virtual PC. On the plu side, the safari browser is great.
