What crimes have Microsoft ever been convicted of?

Perhaps I can say that Linux committed a crime by some of the people claiming that the number of people checking the code in open source prevented problems like this. Now before I get flamed too bad, let me assure people, that I know that any time someone writes more than a few lines of code to make something do something, there is always the chance of problems, no matter how good or careful the programmer or developer is or how many times and by how many people it is checked.
