Hope you caught Oldskool's irony
their employers will have to spend all of five minutes cross training them!

The risk with sarcasm in posts. There's always the danger that a hurried reader might skim right over them.

You know what's really scary. There are posters here that seem to seriously throw up "massive retraining costs" as a barrier to switching office suites. Like the staff got trained then mysteriously lost 20 or so IQ points.
