I like Loverock
In fact I love his cheap, snivelling, slimy-handed, "tallentless ****" approach, when commenting on the software industry.

His ability to pour scorn on people who are more intelligent and bolder than himself, for even attempting to do the kinds of things that he would not know how to think about, is truely a model for all Microsoft appologists everywhere.

His obsessive groupiness and sweaty handed gushings, whenever he refers to his beloved Redmond software, is enough to make even the skins of the "John Carrolls" of this world crawl.

If Mike Cox is the funny one, Loverock is the straight guy - the one who doesn't get the joke, and who spends his entire life wondering why he keeps standing in buckets of paint, slipping on banana skins, and **** upon by passing seagulls. His one purpose in life is to own that zombied Windows XP machine... you know, the one that keeps sending the rest of us all that stuff about Viagra.

If we ever needed an explanation of "why you should not use Microsoft", all we would need to do, would be to lead people down into Loverock's dark, sweat-infested garret and show him, sitting there, damp-skinned and quivering in the darkness, like something out of Tolkien; one hand on his mouse, the other... otherwise employed, as he gazes at his monitor screen, trying to think of something nasty to say about Linus Torvalds, Richard Stallman, Eric Raymond, or any of the other human beings on this planet, who for all their faults, have more tallent and energy in their left big toe, than this slavering appology for a computer user: "Because THIS guy uses Microsoft", we could say.

And that would be enough. People around the world would being petitioning Microsoft to produce propietary extensions to the TCP/IP stack (which they copied, anyway), so that Windows would not interoperate with any other software on the planet - and then, when that was done, everyone would uninstall Microsoft and go off to enjoy an Internet without Loverock on it... Leaving Loverock on his own... and one special Windows server, which would be kept in a strongroom in Utah, and stocked up with porn... Just for Loverock.

Keep posting, Loverock. The more off the wall and misinformed, the better. You make us look good, my son. You make us look good.
