Now you're arguing in bad faith.
At least have the integrity to try to defend the argument I'm
criticizing--or are you too dim to remember what you said?

You said, "If Java is open sourced, MS can write a bunch of stuff
specifically for Windows, Java.Net for instance..."

I responded to that point--that they could NOT release
something called "Java.Net" because Sun still holds the
copyright for the name "Java." I rebutted your argument, you
see, which means you are WRONG!

Now you're offering the rejoinder that they could call it
something different. Well DUHHH! That was my point, moron.
They can't use the name Java. They could write something
similar to Java and call it something else. In fact, they already
have. It's called .Net. It's their Windows-only version of Java. And
it is called something else. Not Mava, not Bava, not even Sumatra
or Borneo. And they didn't even have to wait for Sun to make
Java open source.
