Perhaps ad/graphic blockers?
Doesn't Mozilla give you the ability to stop loading graphics that
aren't served up from the same domain as the site you're
loading? As I recall, there are all sorts of options for not loading
ads, including blocking graphics that fit the standard banner ad
sizes.
