Why?
Why go to all this trouble to bypass ad blocking?

If a person is using a pop-up killer, that means s/he doesn't want to see them.

If s/he doesn't want to see them, then what is the most likely scenario here:

1. S/he see your pop-up ad, throw up their arms with glee and shout how glad they are your ad showed up anyway, click on it, and buy 5000 of whatever it is you sell?

Or:

2. S/he is infuriated that you think s/he is stupid enough to fall into scenario 1, and will never ever buy a good or service from you. Ever.

Put simply, why force an ad upon someone who does not want to see it, and by that very position signals to any sane person that you have no chance of selling that person anything to begin with?

And finally, to all those who think they've got us by the short and curlies using ads such as floaters and the like that cannot be blocked: Yes, they can be blocked. Because I and many many others will never return to a website that uses what amounts to browser hijack-ware.
