How many times
Has the EU been all set to rule on this matter? Only not to actually rule? This mess has been going on for years and frankly I am getting sick of it.
One side or the other is always stalling. The EU says that MS didn't give them enough information. MS says the EU didn't ask for certain information.
I wish they would come to a final decision. I personally think the EU went a bit too far here but this has really gone on long enough.
