Oracle targets Microsoft with database update

Oracle is great for small and Medium Business: Oracle has been used in Small and Medium business for a long time at very high cost. Microsoft offering a cheaper but lower quality product never swayed them. But MS-SQL has come a long ways since the day of SQL 7 and so has Oracle.
