Adware maker WhenU 'exploring' options

has anyone seen this one: A new spy, worm, or trojan no one seems to know yet. After the call from the user that popups were comming to fast to use the pc I found Zlppvrag running in the task manager. None of the current anti spy tools found this so I tracked it down in the reg. It is linked to a site called callinghome.biz.
