As a Partner,
I Partners don't relish competing with other Partners for that 10% of what ever piece of the pie Microsoft is planning on spliting with us. Right now it's nearly impossible to make money selling product in competition with retail outlets who buy in Walmat like volumes. Whem I have to mix my service cost with Redmonts's service cost, my customers are going to feel ripped off by me when the cost goes up, not the guys at MS. It's what I've been waiting for for somme time. Any install that isn't a simple point and click will have no profit for anyone but Redmond. Partners will be forced to look for value in add on services outside their true areas of strenght, while their profits dwindle more and more.
