Broadband is still too flaky
for a company to depend on for its IT operations. Services hosted off site will not be available 100% of the time.

On the other hand, companies with less than stellar IT departments may find their services available even less.

Companies need to spend the money and keep their IT departments, personnel mainly, top notch and their services local or face more down time either way.
