GPL isn't a license to use. It's a license to duplicate and distribute. As a user, you can mix BSD, MS, GPL, Apache - any vendors you want.

But I'd keep my eye on the MS license because out of all the licenses mentioned, only the MS license is an actual contract that subjects the user to terms and conditions for the mere use of the software.
