Microsoft tries evading the GPL? There is nothing to evade from. When will the FSF and the linux community get it through their thick skulls that Microsoft is NOT subject to the GPL? This has amounted to nothing more than one lawyer's wrongful assumption and hatred towards the company and everyone is taking it as fact. They are going to be in for a big surprise soon enough. Maybe those supporting the GPL need to re-read their license? Not to mention any deals made by Microsoft were all prior to GPL v3.
