Better than this. Losing $17 million, on an investment, is not a
good thing. If you were to lend someone $40 dollars, and they
only repaid 23. How would you feel? Take a loan out at a bank
for $40, 000 and try and get away with only paying back
$23,000. Sounds like a someone defaulting on a loan to me.
