First Baystar bails out RBC, then takes a "Longhorn" getting out of its own position. Wow, the investors really wanted out of this loser bad to take a public a** pounding like that.

So, the only big question left is when does SCO file for bankruptcy protection? I'm going to make a bold prediction and say they file before Christmas. If IBM gets their summary dismissal they may file early to try and stave off the counter-claims.
