They don't need to go to court. Just spread enough "spendin'" money on Capital Hill and get a Law protecting you passed . . .Happens all the time. Look at the Ag business . . .(And the Steel Industry . . .), etc. Granted these are seeking protection from Foreign industries, but you could make a case for domestic protection (for enough $$$, you'd be AMAZED at how far democrats will bend over . . .and some republicans, too). wink
