Excellent!
GPL v3 is a solid license. I have no doubt that Linus will eventually move the kernel to v3. He has been warming to v3 as of late. Especially since I see it as likely that Sun will move Solaris to v3 before the end of the year. If Solaris were to go GPL it would take off in a huge way. Torvalds knows this. Hence his previous comments.

I had issues with some of the initial drafts but the final license is solid and I think everyone can accept it. Kudos to the FSF for protecting freedom and for demonstrating the ability for reasonable compromise.
