- I have no idea.
- I don't know where they got the idea that we home users would think Vista was worth $50 even for the FIRST upgrade, let alone $50 more for EACH COPY after paying $300 for a copy of Ultimate. From what I've seen, vista is mostly just more annoying than XP- not nearly enough better to justify the cost of the hardware upgrades needed, even if it was free.
