Linux coders tackle power efficiency
That, loosely speaking, is the rationale behind a significant change at the heart of Linux that programmers hope will make the open-source operating system more efficient.

You would have to make linux efficient first before you can make it more efficient, a feat that is still yet to be desired. Its funny how every other OS already has power efficiency yet linux that has been in development for 15 years still doesn't. Who says linux is cutting edge? Certainly not me! This is going to be a half-hearted attempt glued together by a bunch of patches like the rest of that OS that probably won't work but the fanboys will defend it anyway.
